Tuna and Potato Chip Casserole is one of my favorite childhood
dishes. My mom got the recipe from my Aunt Sally.
Aunt Sally's Tuna Casserole
2 cans tuna
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chopped celery.
1 box (3pkg) potato chips* (crushed)
1 to 1 1/2 cans of water
Mix ingredients together and put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees.**
* I don't know if you can still get the 3 bag boxes of chips
**My recipe card doesn't say how long to cook it, but I recall the top should be
lightly browned and bubbly. My mom used to add a little shredded cheddar to this
as well.
