all the time and got the recipe from her mother. Unfortunately, I do not have a

Salad Dressing Cake with Cocoa
2 Cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 cup salad dressing
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry ingredients, add salad dressing, water and vanilla. Mix
well. Pour into greased and floured 9 by 13 inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes in
350 degree oven.
Mayonnaise Pound Cake
1 pkg Lemon or Yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix, dry
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients in mixer at low speed, then beat at medium
speed for 10 minutes. Pour into un-greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour.
Chocolate Mayonnaise Layer Cake
3 cups unsifted flour
1 ½ cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 ¼ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ cup Best Food Mayonnaise
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ tsp vanilla
Grease 2 (9 x ½”) layer pans. Sift dry ingredients into a large
bowl. Stir in Mayonnaise. Gradually stir in water and vanilla until smooth and
blended. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
